Description

Use of the Maryin Root makes sleep more enjoyable and supports production of melatonin, which regulates function of the endocrine and cardiovascular systems. It normalizes the daily rhythm - the "internal clock" of the body. This feature is especially true for the people who work night shifts or for whom the sleep and wakefulness modes are disturbed.

It does not cause lethargy and drowsiness during the day - that is what most sleeping pills cause.

• in case of various sleep disorders, including difficulty falling asleep, intermittent sleep, premature awakening, and nightmares;

• to harmonize the daytime rhythm, including the shifted rhythm as the consequence of the shift work – including the night work;

• to reduce the level of irritability, nervousness and increase the level of control over the expression of emotions.

Recommendations for use

Adults - 2 capsules twice a day. Period of use: 1 month. Repeated use during the year is also possible.
